Twist Ties with a Twist

…a fabric twist, that is.
Confession time. Whenever we buy bread, I save the twist tie if it’s in good shape.
I usually just reuse them. Occasionally I wonder whether there might be something more creative to do with twist ties. Today I ran into a fantastic crafts idea.
Claire Dalgliesh created these beautiful twist ties with wire and fabric.
Found via Jutta at Kootut murut (Finnish/English). She’s one of the contributors.
Claire’s ideas include pencil ties, a wreath, and a garland. Check out the Gifted Magazine for more pictures. There’s plenty of other great ideas, too!
